Storage Tips
How much notice should I give if I want to move out?
When moving out, we appreciate receiving at least 15 days’ notice.
How long do I have to rent a storage unit?
Our rental agreements are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to rent for as long as you need.
How can I make a payment?
You can enroll in automatic payments, pay online through our website, mail your payment, visit the office to pay in person, or call the office to make a credit card payment over the phone.
When can I access the storage facility?
Gate access is available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
Can I rent a storage unit after office hours or on Sunday?
Yes. You can rent a unit online anytime. The process is quick, easy, and convenient.
What happens if I am locked out of my storage unit?
If you lose your key or forget your lock combination, please contact the office for assistance. After verifying your identity and authorization to access the unit, we can remove the lock for a $25 fee. You will need to provide a replacement lock.
Do you send monthly invoices?
We do not normally send monthly invoices. If you need to receive an invoice, please speak with the office manager. You have a 10-day grace period from the date your rent is due to make a payment. If rent is late, a late fee of $20 or 20% of the amount due, whichever is greater, will be assessed.
